Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head - Final Homes Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head Terms & Conditions (the T&Cs):

Bonus Offer means those promotions available to you as listed in clause 4.

Eligibility Criteria means the conditions that must be met before you will be entitled to receive the Bonus Offer, as identified in clause 3.

Sales Contract means the contract entered between you and Serenitas that details the terms of your purchase of a home in the Final Homes.

Serenitas means [Trustee for Serenitas Development Trust (ABN 78 498 179 049)

Settlement means the date you pay the remaining purchase price for your home in the Site and become the legal owner of the home at the Site.

Site means a home purchased in the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head on land leased from Serenitas located at 74 Currajong Street, Evans Head, NSW 2473

Site Agreement means the agreement between you and Serenitas under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Cth) that details:

  • the rental by you of a particular Site in a residential park;
  • the manufactured home’s position in the residential park;
  • the non-exclusive use of the park’s common areas and communal facilities by you; and
  • any special provisions or conditions required or permitted by the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Cth) to be in the Site Agreement.

Final Homes means participating homes listed below at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head.

2. Bonus Offer period

The Bonus Offer period during which you may be eligible for the Bonus Offer, commences 9am (AEST) on 1 July 2025 and concludes at 5pm (AEST) on 19 December 2025.

 

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Bonus Offer, you must satisfy all of the following Eligibility Criteria before the conclusion of the Bonus Offer period of 5pm (AEST) on 19 December 2025.

  • you must enter into an approved Site Agreement with Serenitas;
  • you must enter into a Sales Contract with Serenitas (conditional or unconditional) by the 31 August 2025 to purchase a Final Home.
  • Settlement must be complete by the 19th December 2025.

 

4. Bonus Offer

Subject to you satisfying the Eligibility Criteria, the Bonus Offer available to you includes:

A discount of either $15,000 or $20,000 or $25,000 or $30,000 depending on the site chosen to purchase, as per the list of participating homes referenced in Final Homes.

The total Bonus Offer is valued between $15,000 up to $30,000, as of the date of these T&Cs.

 

5. Revocation of or change to Bonus Offer

At any time prior to you becoming eligible for the Bonus Offer, Serenitas reserves the right to revoke or change the Bonus Offer, including the Bonus Offer period and the Eligibility Criteria at any time without notice.

 

6. Non-transferability

You agree that:

  • the Bonus Offer (and each separate incentive that makes up the Bonus Offer) is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (either individually or collectively); and
  • the Bonus Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Serenitas offer or incentive.

 

7. Value exclusive of offers, discounts or rebates

The value of the Bonus Offer does not take into account any other offers, discounts, or rebates.

Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head is proudly owned and operated by Serenitas.

Pricing of Final Homes is subject to change at any time without notice.
