CELEBRATION THYME

THE CLUBHOUSE IS OFFICIALLY OPEN

On Wednesday, 22nd May, we officially opened the highly anticipated, luxurious, multimillion-dollar state-of-the-art Clubhouse to all our community homeowners and distinguished guests.

We were joined by Richmond Valley Council Mayor Robert Mustow and Deputy Mayor Stephen Morrissey, executive Mirvac team members Richard Seddon and Stephen Gould, executive members from Evans Head Memorial Aerodrome Heritage Aviation Association (EHHAM) including President John Gosper, Museum Manager David King and Treasurer Joel Carruthers. Mayor Robert Mustow joined Rob Nichols, Serenitas CEO, Dean Walker, Serenitas Head of Development and the broader Thyme Evans Head team in the ribbon-cutting ceremony before the festivities started.

Homeowners and guests were invited along for an afternoon of celebration, good food and entertainment at the new Thyme Evans Head Clubhouse, which features an array of exquisite facilities, including a fully equipped gym, heated swimming pool, health and beauty studio, luxurious cinema, fitness studio, craft room, sports bar complete with darts and pool tables, bowling green, croquet court and plenty of indoor and outdoor lounging/BBQ areas. A standout feature of the Clubhouse is the sophisticated Evans Lounge, which provides a serene setting for residents to enjoy views over the Aerodrome through a cosy fireplace.

We’re thrilled to see these precincts open and the warm embrace our community has taken up with the opening.
