The development of Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head is underway with the turning of the first sods on the 4th of May.
Councilor Robert Mustow, Mayor of Richmond Valley Council, Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols and future homeowners, Don & Rosemary Lanarch, turned the first sod for civil works our newest development.
The lifestyle resort for over 50s will include modern architecturally designed homes and resort-style facilities including state-of-the art Clubhouse where homeowners can enjoy opportunities to socialise and build community support, set just moments from the beach and Evans River.

Work has begun on the $50 million luxury over 50’s lifestyle resort Thyme Evans Head signaling an era of lifestyle resort living and a boost for regional jobs and the local economy.
